When the tents have been put up, we make hot chocolate, tea, and coffee. During the evening we eat dried meals. These are lightweight, easy to prepare, tasty and fulfill our nutritional needs. After dinner, we enjoy hot drinks with cookies.
Breakfast (with coffee and tea) and lunch contains a selection of: raisin bread, sugarloaf, muesli bread and 'hartkeks' (nutritional biscuits). This is accompanied by cheese, dried sausage, marmalade, and butter. Snacks during breaks are nuts, fruit- and nut bars, dried fruit, and chocolate.
